Welcome to America
Mmmm, beer can chicken.
Seems kind of redneck, but it was really good. The beer keeps the chicken really moist, but it doesn't really add any flavor. The flavor came from the tasty BBQ rub. I'm a fan.
There's some sort of visual appeal to seeing a Budweiser can sticking out of a chicken's butt. Unfortunately, I couldn't just buy a single can, I had to get a whole 6 pack. Now I have 5 Bud's left but I really don't want to drink them.
Yep, you can do the same thing by filling the beer can with water...or using another type of can.
